Bhiwadi is known as “SINGH DWAR” of Rajasthan having many big industries working here. Bhiwadi a leading & dominant Industrial area, is strategically located between Delhi, Gurgaon and Jaipur now enjoys the status of a Regional Centre or Priority Town of the National Capital Region (NCR), and has been able to create a niche for itself among the fast growing cities of India. All the Industrial areas in Bhiwadi Region fall under Tijara Tehsil and District Alwar. The development of Bhiwadi Industrial area was first started on an area of 130 acres and since then the total size of Industrial area in Bhiwadi Region has crossed over 7200 acres of land in this belt shortly. The total size of the Industrial area in Greater Bhiwadi would touch 8500 acres. There are around 3,000 big, medium and small scale industries operating in this town. They include industries such as steel, furnace, electronics, engineering, textiles, pharmaceuticals, printing, cables, rolling mills, food processing, herbal care, etc. Bhiwadi Industrial area is located on Rewari-Dharuhera-Sohana Road and is 6 Kms from NH-8 situated at North-Eastern Border of Rajasthan in Alwar District. It is about 70 Kms from Delhi, 200 Kms from Jaipur, and 90 Kms from Alwar. The nearest International & Domestic Airport in New Delhi is about 55 Kms away. The nearest Railway Station is Rewari which is 25 Kms far away. There are adequate transport facilities for Delhi, Jaipur, Alwar and other nearby towns.
