Terms and Conditions to Book a hall in BMA

• Hall booking charges Rs. 20000/- plus GST@ 18% Rs. 3600/- total amount Rs. 23600/-.

• 2000/- + Rs. 360/- GST @ 18% = 2360/- will be chargeable extra for the functions held on Sundays/Holidays.

• A formal Request Letter to President, BMA from the Organizers stating the event along with payment for Hall Charges as applicable, in favor of Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association should be deposited with the Association Office in advance by Cheque/DD/NEFT/RTGS.

• The users of the hall are not allowed to paste / clip any substance or banner on the walls of the Conference Hall.

• The user of the conference hall shall not serve food inside the hall except soft drinks & snacks.

• BMA shall not be held responsible for any electric / electronic system failure during the Programme.
