BHIWADI MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION

Bhiwadi Indsutrial Area was conceived by Government of Rajasthan in 1975-76. As a result of growth and expansion of Bhiwadi, many more industrial areas such as Chopanki, Khushkhera, Pathredi, Kahrani, Sarekhurd etc have been developed, now popularly known as “Greater Bhiwadi”. In this development of Bhiwadi BMA has  played a role of catalyst. BMA since its inception is working effectively in Bhiwadi Industrial Area.

The industrialists of Bhiwadi formed an association in 1982, Bhiwadi Manufacturers Association (BMA), to study and solve the day to day and long term problems of the industries and Bhiwadi in general. Now the association has successfully completed a glorious journey of 30 years and after every two years under the leadership of a nominated /elected President, a new team of Executive Committee comprising members from every type of Industry takes charge under a democratic process.

BMA takes up all the issues effectively of the Industries and Bhiwadi in general to the highest authority & tries to resolves the grievances. Meetings with highest authorities of RIICO, Police department, JVVNL etc and Industries are being convened at regular intervals. BMA also invites leaders, senior government officials, prominent social personalities and delegations to address its members.

BMA represented in various Government Committees also on District & State level such as Rajasthan Sales Tax Advisory Committee, District Level Advisory Committee (DLAC), Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Central Excise Advisory Committee and Central Excise Grievances Committee.

BMA is a member of other State and National level Organizations like Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), PHD Chamber of Commerce, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI), Employers Association of Rajasthan etc. Similarly many local organizations such as Tax Bar Association, Bhiwadi Electrical Trade Association, Bhiwadi Hardware Association, Bhiwadi Vyapar Mandal Samiti,  Bhiwadi Gases Association etc are associated with BMA. 

BMA carries out all the activities through its office at BMA House which itself is a landmark in Bhiwadi. BMA house is constructed on 500 mts of land with a ground plus First Floor and has a fully functional Conference hall, Meeting hall with all the modern facilities. BMA keeps on organizing Conferences, Seminars and presentations to create awareness amongst the Industries about the latest developments. Certificate of Origin for exporters is also issued by the Association.

BMA discharges its social commitments and has recently adopted 50 schools through its member industries under Project Ekta, Arogya Shree (Medical Camp for needy), Blood donation camps, Vikalang Sahyta Shivir and other CSR activities are being organized by Association. BMA in the recent past has also undertaken activities like “BMA Awards” & “Industech- Industrial Trade Fair” in the interest to benefit the Industries of Bhiwadi.
